Role Description

The Account/Operation Manager - Engineering Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. This role oversees day-to-day operations of engineering services contracts, ensuring service delivery meets client requirements and company standards. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, coordinating engineering and maintenance activities, monitoring performance KPIs, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The role involves leading and guiding on-site teams, preparing operational and financial reports, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize resource allocation and improve service efficiency. The manager also participates in service improvement initiatives, supports business development activities, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangkok City, Thailand, and manage multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, engineering services, or operations management, preferably in large or multi-site environments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of engineering or service issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Candidates should possess working knowledge of Windows environments to coordinate and understand engineering systems and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
