Job Description

Working Location: Gaysorn Amarin Tower, BTS Chitlom

Working Hours: 5 days / week (Hybrid: 2 day from the office, 3 days from home)

Job Summary:

To lead and manage team to ensure efficient and effective payment processes. This includes overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance & support, ensuring operational stability, reporting and reconciling TPS Accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize the TPS processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective payment & reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure delivery on SLAs & KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of TPS accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and lead the implementation of these improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on TPS performance to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payments.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AP or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent to Fluent English communication(spoken & written).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Atlas and SAP
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
