Position: Account Receivable Officer (AR)

The company is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer to manage and oversee accounts receivable operations, including invoice issuance, billing documentation, payment follow-up, and ensuring that customer payments are received accurately and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices, tax invoices, and other billing documents.
- Record accounts receivable transactions in the company's accounting system.
- Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers.
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
- Prepare reports summarizing outstanding accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department and customers regarding billing and payment matters.
- Support month-end closing and related accounting activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, aged 23–35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Knowledge of output tax, tax invoices, and accounting documentation.
- Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
Salary: THB 18,000–20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
