Duties include but not limited to assisting with:
- Manage monthly closing process for the company covering P&L and balance sheet, bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P and key all transactions to the general ledger
- Take care of the company's cash flow management, budgetary control
- Coordinate with customers to have other information needed for disclosure on financial statement
- Experience in residential accounting, condominium knowledge
- Knowledge of purchase order and purchase request

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of computerized accounting system
- Be able to work independently and in a team
- Good command in English is advantage
- Be able to close Financial Report is advantage
