Job Description
Hiring: Accountant (Inventory & Warehouse Accounting)
Location:Chonburi (On-site)
Salary: 20,000 30,000 THB/month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Finished Goods Inbound & Outbound accounting
Cross-check AS/RS data and update into WMS/iWMS system
Verify product details (quantity, batch, specifications) with documents
Maintain daily inventory ledger & stock reconciliation
Manage batch numbers, expiry dates & FIFO compliance
Support monthly/quarterly/annual stocktakes
Prepare inventory & shipping reports
Ensure data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics, or related field
Knowledge of inventory accounting & stock reconciliation
Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) & ERP experience
Proficient in Chinese (working language required)
Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
Experience in manufacturing / large warehouse preferred
