. Audit and analyze data
. Establish good working relationship with internal and external customers
. Assist internal and external customers in all matters related to their claims
. Maintain improvements of an AR reconciliation process
. Be responsible for the analysis, researching and audit of customers, specially designed for customers in the AMER region, throughtimely and correct program research and credit matching
. Build productive working relationships internally and externally
. Daily liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and dispute to customer on time
. Develop professional expertise applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues
. Work with customer's reconciliations
. Participate and contribute to Finance special projects
. Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department
. Work with IT on special Account Receivable projects
. Provide ad hoc tasks as per required by Manager
. Reports to the GFS AR Manager - Finance #entrylevel
. Good command of the English language
. Good communication skills
. Enjoys working with numbers and data
. High level of detail and accuracy
. Good level of technical skills
. Be a team player
. Can work under pressure and deadlines
. Able to work in international team
. Knowledge in International Finance Environment
. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up)
. Experience working with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA
. Bachelors and/or equivalent experience
