Job Description

The Accountant is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance accounting activities,

ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with payment, invoice, and month-end

processes. The role also provides administrative support related to Finance and HR functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn within a fast-paced and

dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Operations

  • Prepare and record accounting transactions in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Record invoices and revenue transactions to new accounting systems (NetSuite)
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings including PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, PND 54, PP 30, PP 36, and Social Security contributions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper billing and timely payment.
  • Assist with accounts payable activities, including verifying invoices, arranging payments, and reconciling balances.
  • Prepare bank payment instructions and support online banking transactions.
  • Maintain supporting documents for audits and statutory filings.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.

Support for Finance & HR Manager

  • Provide financial data and support documents for management reporting.
  • Assist with payroll documentation, social security filings, and employee reimbursement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for financial and administrative tasks.
  • Support any other finance, administrative, or HR-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with online accounting systems (NetSuite, Odoo or ERP systems is a plus).
  • Good command of written and spoken Thai; English is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
