Job Summary
You will partner with operations and business units to deliver cost analysis, financial reporting, and business support. You will analyze inventory and manufacturing costs, manage budgeting and month-end closing, ensure compliance, support audits, and provide financial insights to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations and business units to conduct detailed cost analysis for informed decision-making
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to support business objectives
- Analyze inventory and manufacturing costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage budgeting processes to align financial plans with business goals
- Execute month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Deliver actionable financial insights to drive improvements in operational performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate understanding of financial data and recommendations
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR diploma with 7 years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through financial data evaluation and reporting
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
