Accounting and Tax Manager (FMCG, THB 200K)

Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is seeking an Accounting and Tax Manager.

This role requires proficient expertise in tax and accounting, along with strong leadership and hands-on skills to manage the team and optimize operations.

Job Description:

Act as a key business partner to business controllers and other stakeholders, participating in strategic projects like system migrations and policy reviews.

Supervise daily finance operations, lead the local finance team, and coordinate with the shared service center to optimize workflows.

Ensure financial statements and reports align with local and international standards, manage external audits, and provide key reports to stakeholders.

Oversee all tax-related matters, including corporate, indirect, and transfer pricing. Collaborate with regional, global, and external tax teams to ensure full compliance.

Drive improvements in financial processes and strengthen internal controls.

Build team knowledge and foster career development through mentorship.

Requirements:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, and Transfer Pricing

Prior experience as a Manager at a Big 4 firm is preferred.

Fluent in English
