Job Description
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in compliance with TFRS.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial statements.
- Establish, update, and monitor accounting policies for international subsidiaries.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Tax Planning & Compliance
- Lead corporate tax planning initiatives with emphasis on tax compliance, including: VAT, Withholding tax, Transfer pricing
- Coordinate and consult with accounting firms where required
- Strengthen internal controls to ensure full tax compliance across entities.
Management
- Supervise a team of costing and managerial accounting.
- Coach and develop team members with potential to grow into future leadership roles.
- Build capability and strengthen hands-on accounting excellence within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting and tax manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10 - 15+ years of experience in accounting and tax within manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of TFRS, tax regulations, VAT/WHT, and transfer pricing.
- Experience working with multiple business units and manufacturing plants.
- Strong people management capabilities with experience leading mid-sized teams.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Thai speaker with good English proficiency
