Provide overall leadership and governance for accounting, Tax, and Finance operations, ensuring integrity, consistency, and compliance across all functions.
Oversee financial accounting and statutory reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., TFRS/IFRS), tax laws, regulatory requirements, and Honda global policies.
Ensure effective internal control, financial governance, and risk management frameworks are in place and operating effectively across accounting and finance processes.
Translate financial and accounting data into clear insights to support executive decision-making and alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead, coach, and evaluate Section Manager, ensuring clear role accountability, strong internal coordination, and team capability development.
Oversee departmental projects related to accounting, finance processes, compliance, and system or policy improvement.
Qualifications:
At Least bachelor's degree in major of accounting or finance
Experience in the auto loan business, preferably with experience in hire purchase and leasing including 5 years at Management Level
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statement in term of both TFRS and IFRS
