Job Responsibilities
Treasury
- Assist supervisor to communicate and coordinate with internal and external functional departments in a timely manner.
- Assist supervisor to establish and improve the enterprise financial management system.
- Assist supervisor in controlling the daily management, financial budget, fund operations, and other work of the financial department and improving the enterprise financial management level.
- Organize accounting team to conduct accounting treatments, prepare and summarize financial reports, and submit them on time.
- Responsible for the organization of enterprise cost management, cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis, and assessment.
- Assist supervisor in managing the Thai finance team.
- Ad hoc tasks are assigned by the supervisor.Assist the supervisor in establishing, improving, and overseeing the company's budgeting and fund management.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with banks on credit facilities, loans, and other financial instruments.
- Oversee cost management, including cost control, analysis, and forecasting.
Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
Accounting
- Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting records, timely month-end and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, management reports, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial and treasury policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation, including a minimum of 4 years of managerexperience with at least 5 direct subordinates.
- Proven experience in payment license applications with a successful approval record.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a supportive and collaborative mindset.
- Good communication skills in Thai-English or Thai-Chinese.
- CPA qualification is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
