Role Description The Client Solutions Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves supporting clients in the effective use of Quantium's platform, including onboarding new clients, configuring workflows, and resolving day-to-day product queries. The Client Solutions Analyst will analyze client data and portfolio structures, prepare performance and reporting analytics, and translate client needs into clear product requirements. The role also includes collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve features, documenting best practices, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication. The analyst will regularly engage with clients via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person sessions to ensure the platform delivers sustained value.
