Job Description
- Provide expert oversight in operational and cost accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the preparation and submission of financial statements aligned with IFRS requirements across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
- Drive the budgeting process and support financial projections and business planning.
- Design and implement effective tax optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external parties such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Communicate key financial updates and strategic insights to executives, board members, and shareholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Director should have:
- Extensive background (10-15 years) in senior accounting roles within large enterprises or listed companies.
- Possession of a CPA license.
- Previous involvement in taking a company through IPO readiness or execution.
- Handson experience deploying or managing ERP platforms.
- Willingness to work alternate Saturdays.
- Ability to travel across company locations as business needs arise.
