Job Description

Position : Accounting Division Manager

Company : Thai Rungrueng Industry Co., Ltd.

Working Days : 5 days/week

Working Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Location : TRR Tower, Yan Nawa, Bangkok

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and ensure accurate accounting records and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and relevant laws.
  2. Review and present the annual accounting department plan.
  3. Provide guidance, advice, and problem-solving recommendations to accounting team members.
  4. Review tax reports and filings, including VAT (PP.30), withholding tax (PND 1, 3, 53), corporate income tax (PND 50), and prepare mid-year tax estimations in compliance with Revenue Department deadlines.
  5. Develop and oversee the company's tax planning and tax management strategies.
  6. Control and supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely submission in accordance with company policies.
  7. Review and control production costs, including sugarcane costs, raw materials, and manufacturing expenses.
  8. Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
  9. Develop and improve accounting systems and related processes to enhance efficiency.
  10. Present financial statements to management, the Board of Directors, and shareholders.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and workflow/process design.
  • Understanding of information technology systems related to accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Visio.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and tax management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
