Position : Accounting Division Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accurate accounting records and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and relevant laws.
- Review and present the annual accounting department plan.
- Provide guidance, advice, and problem-solving recommendations to accounting team members.
- Review tax reports and filings, including VAT (PP.30), withholding tax (PND 1, 3, 53), corporate income tax (PND 50), and prepare mid-year tax estimations in compliance with Revenue Department deadlines.
- Develop and oversee the company's tax planning and tax management strategies.
- Control and supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely submission in accordance with company policies.
- Review and control production costs, including sugarcane costs, raw materials, and manufacturing expenses.
- Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Develop and improve accounting systems and related processes to enhance efficiency.
- Present financial statements to management, the Board of Directors, and shareholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Knowledge of risk management, internal controls, and workflow/process design.
- Understanding of information technology systems related to accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Visio.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and tax management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
