Job Title: Accounting & ERP System Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end accounting process, from daily transactions to month-end and year-end closing.
- Oversee GL posting, reconciliation, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Administer and optimize the ERP system to support accounting and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai financial laws and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, CIT, BOT, and e-Tax.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, IT) to enhance accounting processes and automation through ERP.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA qualification or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or ERP system management.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
- Background in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or Financial Institution preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
