Key Responsibilities:
Daily sales, cash collection included sales performance analysis
Performs AR and Bank account reconciliation
Prepare and send out invoices to customers promptly and accurately
Records and posts collection transactions.
Customer master maintenance.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
Provides accounting support and handles assigned tasks upon request.
Prepare report of sale VAT, withholding tax 30,36, 3,53,54 to Revenue Department.
Petty Cash.
Co-ordinate with external auditor.
General administrative works upon request.
Qualifications:
CPD is required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
At least 4 years of working experience in accountant
Strong Communication, Coordination Skills Are Required
Good command in English
Knowledge and experience in Oracle NetSuite
Details oriented, good time management
Can do attitude
