Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans, including financial policies, budgeting, investment analysis, and risk assessment
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely month-end/year-end closing
- Review financial documentation and manage tax-related activities in accordance with relevant regulations
- Prepare and supervise financial statements, including:
- Statement of Financial Position
- Profit & Loss Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
- Manage company cash flow, liquidity, and payment processes to ensure sufficient operational funding
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Ensure proper accounting practices aligned with government funding requirements, particularly in compliance with Ministry of Culture regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting/finance business partnering or relevant roles
- Proven managerial experience more than 7 years
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, investment analysis, and risk management
- Solid understanding of financial principles, business operations, and market dynamics
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
