Job brief
We are seeking a hands-on, driven Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our finance function within a dynamic international manufacturing environment. This is a leadership role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives under responsibility and can guide a team while staying close to the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise accounting team, ensuring full compliance with group policies and Thai regulations (BOT & Revenue departments.
- Verify daily General Ledger postings and adjustments with high accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including taxation and financial transactions.
- Prepare and present monthly & yearly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and performance reports.
- Coordinate yearly audits with external auditors.
- Monitor banking transactions and liaise with financial institutions.
- Analyze financial data, troubleshooting accounting issues, and provide practical solutions.
- Handle annual FOREX processes
Requirements
- CPD holder license.
- Bachelor a degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven Experience leading and managing a team (Strong leadership and accountability mindset).
- Minimum 8+ years working experience in General Accounting/Managerial Accounting/Finance & Accounting and IFRS.
- Familiar with SAP (FI/CO) is highly proffered.
- Good command of English, is a must.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
