Accounting & Finance Operations (Entry Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated entry-level accounting professional to support end-to-end accounting activities for client portfolios. This role offers hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance work within a structured client servicing environment.

This role sits within the Accounting & Finance Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-set accounting activities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, GST and tax filings, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support client queries where required.
• Contribute to ad-hoc assignments, projects, and day-to-day finance operations.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
