Make a difference as an Accounting Manager
As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading statutory and corporate reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and tax regulations. You will oversee internal controls (SOX), manage tax and audit processes, and provide leadership to a small team, while collaborating with shared services and local plant finance to drive continuous improvement.

What you will do :

• Lead the preparation and submission of financial reports under US GAAP and Thai GAAP

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and transaction review

• Manage tax compliance, including direct, indirect, and BOI submissions

• Oversee fixed asset management, statutory reporting, and account reconciliations

• Ensure strong SOX compliance and effective internal controls

• Act as the key contact for internal and external audits

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two accountants to build strong capability

• Collaborate with SSC (Kuala Lumpur) and Plant Finance to streamline processes

What you will bring :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting at the managerial level

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax, BOI regulations, US GAAP, and Thai GAAP

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
