Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee for accounting daily operations process and accounting activities. To ensure timely and accurate for month-end report for respective company.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities, accounting process and closing month-end.

Manage profit & loss statements, transactions, budgeting and other management reports.

Perform variance analysis of revenue and expenditure between actual and budget.

Monitor month-end closing and month-end report. Ensure data accuracy of the report.

Prepare financial statement report to executive.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority, and audit requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and financial year closing activities as well as submission of financial management and statutory reports.

Ensure the effectiveness for business process in accounting aspect. Finding new initiatives to improve accounting process.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:

Direct experience in accounting from leasing/ hire-purchase business is a must

Good command of spoken and written in Thai (English is a plus)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong skills in driving for results and able to work to tight deadlines.

Keen on learning new things.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong skills in people management and development.

Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.

Hand-on and attention to details.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Experience

At least 4-6 years of experience in leasing/ hire-purchase industry
