Job Description
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
- Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations and projects.
- Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Utilise SAP systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance across all accounting functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or Master's degree is a plus
- 10-15 years of experience in accounting operations, including 3-5 years in management
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and operational processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and ERP systems
- Proven success in process improvement and shared service transformation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English
