Job brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounting Manager to lead financial operations. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with deep experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality sectors, capable of managing full-set accounting and ensuring compliance in a complex tax environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-set accounting and monthly/year-end closing, including a subsidiary company.
- Oversee GL, Cash flow, AR, AP functions
- Manage VAT, WHT and related Tax filling
- Supervise the accounting team and ensure strong internal controls
- Coordinate with the external auditor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5+ years at the Manager level.
- Proven experience in an accounting role from Residential/Hotel/Resort/Real Estate environment with solid skills in full-set closing accounting, understanding SBT tax and cost project.
- Open relocation or living nearby is a plus.
