The Opportunity

We're a multi-entity group running F&B, hospitality, and tech businesses across Thailand. Our accounting function handles the full range — bookkeeping, compliance, payroll, and reporting across all entities — and we're building the systems layer on top: custom Xero automations, POS and ordering system integrations, and internal tools that make the whole thing run tighter.

We're hiring an Accounting Manager — or a strong Assistant Accounting Manager ready to step up — to own a portfolio of our entities. Full compliance, reporting, and a small team to lead. Title and compensation will reflect the right fit.

What You'll Own

• Full Thai accounting compliance for your entity portfolio — Revenue Department filings, VAT, withholding tax, statutory submissions
• Statutory signoff and auditor relationships for the entities you own
• Monthly close, management accounts, and reporting up to senior finance leadership
• Leading your team — raising standards, improving workflows, building a culture that's precise and adaptable
• Living in Xero — clean reconciliations, helping us spot what should be automated. Our tech team builds the integrations — you scope, prioritise, and own the finance side
• Working closely with our POS, ordering, and inventory systems — you'll be the finance voice in how data flows and reconciles
• Using AI tools actively — for drafting, research, workflow automation, and wherever else they save time

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiables:

• Thai national with strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, Revenue Department rules, and statutory compliance
• 5–10 years of relevant experience — could be audit into industry, or a strong finance/accounting generalist who's owned compliance end-to-end
• CPA (Thailand) — required for Accounting Manager candidates; AAM candidates actively working toward CPA are welcome
• Fluent Thai and strong written/spoken English — you'll work with the team in Thai and with senior leadership in English
• Comfortable with Xero, or someone who'll get fluent fast
• Genuine comfort using AI tools day-to-day — not someone who's heard of them, someone who uses them

• You're technically solid enough to be trusted by an auditor and credible enough to lead a small team
• You communicate clearly and directly — with peers, your team, and senior leadership
• You're excited by the idea of building a finance function, not just running one

What This Is Not

This isn't a steady-state corporate role. If your pitch is years served and seniority earned, this probably isn't the right fit. We want someone mid-career with the appetite to build something, not just run it.

Compensation

• Accounting Manager: 90,000 – 110,000 THB/month
• Assistant Accounting Manager: 70,000 – 90,000 THB/month

Performance bonus and compensation review at 12 months based on impact. Standard benefits — health insurance, annual leave, and social security.

Reporting

Reports to our senior finance leadership. Flat structure — real access, real accountability.
