We're hiring: Accounting Manager (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary accounting lead and key finance partner for assigned affiliated companies, ensuring end-to-end accounting integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory, and reconciliation, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and alignment with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for assigned entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely submission to management.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition, cost allocation, and expense control across multiple business models including retail, consignment, wholesale, and e-commerce.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and finance, ensuring alignment between operational activities and financial reporting.
- Establish and enforce standardized accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks across affiliated companies.
- Monitor financial performance including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and working capital to ensure financial discipline and sustainable growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
- Drive process improvement, system enhancement, and standardization initiatives to support scalability and efficiency within shared services structure.
- Support business expansion, new entity setup, and integration of new brands or companies into the shared services framework.
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency across group entities.
- Lead and develop accounting team (if applicable) while ensuring high standards of accuracy, accountability, and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, with at least 35 years in managerial role.
- Strong experience in full-set accounting and financial closing processes.
- Experience in multi-entity or group structure is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of: Financial reporting and consolidation, Revenue recognition and cost control, Intercompany transactions
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple business units.
- Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is preferred.
