Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, guideline setting, reporting, and data analysis of inventory for all responsible companies, ensuring reliability for both internal and external departments while protecting the company&aposs interests.
  • Monitor and resolve issues, providing problem-solving recommendations to ensure the completion of tasks. Ensure customs can close quarterly inventory accounts accurately and on time as per customs regulations.
  • Ensure stock accuracy between system and physical count (cycle counts, monthly stock take, etc.).
  • Ensuring continuous creative improvement for cycle count process through problem identification and problem analysis.
  • Verify and sign off on documents such as inventory count summaries, adjustment reports, and product destruction approvals in compliance with the Revenue Department regulations. Handle notifications for various pending items like INTRANSIT goods, pending adjustments, and monthly inventory summary reports, aging reports, non-moving inventory reports, credit notes, and product returns from the Pickup Counter to ensure timely financial closure.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on inventory management, including performance metrics, trends, areas for improvement and potential risks
  • Provide statistical analysis inventory performance reports and provide insights for stock optimization and process improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Ensure the completeness and timeliness of reports submitted to executives and government agencies, achieving 100% accuracy.
  • Develop and improve workflows and documentation systems to shorten processing time and reduce organizational costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stock control or inventory management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
