Oversee and manage the financial activities of the company, ensuring that all accounting functions are executed accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain the financial integrity of the company and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes, via adopting new technology, improving workflows, or refining reporting practices.
Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and support audits while advising on tax and financial regulations.
Drive efficiency by streamlining accounting processes and implementing automation and system enhancements.
Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective task management, training, and performance growth.
Optimize cash flow through effective management of receivables and payables.
Management of inventory and fixed assets record.
Process month-end processes and deliver timely and accurate financial and managerial reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field
CPD required (CPA preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting field, 5 years in Accounting Managerial role
From FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing industry is preferred
