Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record bookkeeping entries in accordance with TFRS including accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), fixed assets, administrative expenses to ensure accounting records and systems are up to date.
- Review and verify payments together with supporting documents in accordance with the Company's internal procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance and prepare information for payment processing in the system.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (e.g., staff, vendors, customers, banks and tax authorities) to follow up on documentation and resolve issues.
- Maintain accounts payable records and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Support the issuance of invoices and receipt/ tax invoices and collaborate with other departments to update, track and monitor project-related expenses.
- Prepare and filling of withholding tax (PND.3, PND.53 and PND.54), VAT (PP.30 and PP.36), corporate income tax (PND.50 and PND.51) and other related tax submission in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with auditors and/or other relevant professional firm ex. actuarial firm for accounting purpose engagement
- Assist in the preparation, filing and monitoring of accounting documentation and internal control procedures and preparation of FP&A report for management.
- Support supervisors for ad-hoc assignments and prepare relevant financial information as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax.
- In-depth knowledge of local accounting practices, IFRS and TFRS including Thai tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Healthcare & FMCG is preferable.
- Able to adapt to dynamic and startup work environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication, detail oriented.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and service oriented.
