Job Description

The Accounting Operation Manager is responsible for managing client accounting portfolios, overseeing accounting teams, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. This role acts as the key contact person for clients and ensures timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory support.

Salary: THB 45,000 - 50,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and tax matters.
  • Provide professional advice on accounting standards, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Accounting Operations

  • Oversee full-set accounting services for multiple clients.
  • Review bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial statements.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and review management reports for clients.

Tax Compliance

  • Review and ensure accurate submission of VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other statutory filings.
  • Monitor tax deadlines and ensure full compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
  • Coordinate with tax authorities when required.
  • Support clients during tax audits and assessments.

Financial Reporting

  • Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., TFRS/IFRS/GAAP).
  • Review consolidation where applicable.

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff and senior accountants.
  • Review work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Allocate workload and monitor performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and training.

Audit & Coordination

  • Coordinate with external auditors on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
  • Address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.

Process Improvement & Quality Control

  • Improve internal processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with firm policies.
  • Maintain quality control standards across all client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.
  • 6-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in Thai accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices and Accounting software. Experienced with XERO or TR Cloud is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
