Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify all AP vouchers and supporting documentation such as domestic and oversea payable invoices, Staff reimbursement, etc.
- Prepare and verify withholding report (PND 1,2,3,53,54) and Input Vat report (PP 30,36) and supporting documentation
- Monitoring month end closing and reporting related to payable function
- Collaborate with related stakeholder both internal and external function (e.g. other division, Shareholder, and related company, Bank, etc.).
- Assisting and supporting internal and external financial and tax audits (e.g. Auditor, Revenue Department and Shareholders internal audit).
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience of 5 years of experience in Account Payable and Tax report preparation related to Payable Function (Withholding Tax, Input VAT)
- Strong skills in accounting software - Oracle, ERP,AI and Automation Tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
