Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled General Accountant that is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by managing daily transactions, general ledgers, and month-end closings. They will prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, and handle tax compliance, including VAT and withholding tax filings. Ensuring compliance with Thai accounting standards and supporting internal and external audits are key parts of the role.

Responsibilities

- Monthly Bookkeeping:

+ Collect &review monthly documents related to business transactions & other accounting records in English languages according to the general Thai accounting principles & the Revenue Code.

+ Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet; Bank reconcile.

+ The fixed asset register and depreciation records.

- Tax Compliance: To work with our service partner for monthly tax filing, ensure all obligations and identify tax-saving opportunities.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

- 2-5 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance

- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and strong

skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

- Good knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws

- Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in financial reports and compliance with laws and regulations.

- Good sense of logic and analytical thinking.

- Hands-on and able to drill down to detail to establish / rectify / improve

processes.

- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English/ Thai and English.

- A fast learner with a positive mindset.

- Nice to have: experience in Public Sector projects.
