Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Valid CPD license (Thailand) mandatory.
- Last 10–12 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
- 3–5 years hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience (FI, CO, ML).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Close & Reporting
- Lead accurate and timely monthly Trial Balance closure (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, Accruals & Provisions).
- Review journal entries and ensure compliance with TFRS / Thai GAAP and group policies.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis.
- Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
2. Tax & Regulatory Compliance (Thailand)
- Ensure compliance, documentation, controls and all related matters of VAT, WHT, CIT & BOI etc
- Transfer pricing documentation and all TP related matters
- Liaise with Thai Revenue Department for audits, assessments, and refunds.
- Monitor tax disputes and legal case status.
- Monitor & support DBD related matters
3. SAP S/4HANA – Manufacturing & Costing
- Hands-on ownership of SAP S/4HANA FI & CO processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Execute Material Ledger (ML) month-end close including actual costing and inventory revaluation.
- Review of COGS postings, production order settlement, and variance analysis & cost related matters
4. Fixed Asset Governance
- Oversee full Fixed Asset lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, BOI tagging, and periodic physical verification.
5. Internal Controls & Audit
- Act as primary coordinator for statutory, internal, and BOI audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries.
- Strengthen internal controls across inventory, assets, tax, and payments.
6. Leadership & Support
- Act as second-in-command to Finance Controller and support for improvements, analysis, and special projects.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and process improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, SCM & all other cross functions.
