Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters.
• Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners requirements.
• Respond to vessel owners queries and follow up on accounting matters where required.
• Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit / surplus working fund.
• Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners requirements and within the required timeline.
• Independently manage a portfolio of at least seven vessels.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty.
• Minimum 1 year full set of accounts, experience in vessel accounting is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
