Accounts Payable - 5 Star Marine (Phuket)

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Phuket for an Accounts Payable role. The Accounts Payable professional will be responsible for processing and managing expense reports, maintaining accurate accounting records, handling financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting practices. The candidate will also analyze financial data and support the team with timely and accurate reporting.

• Experience with Expense Reports and high attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and ensure compliance
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience in preparing and managing Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
