Role Title: Accounts Payable Officer Vietnam
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Tentative start date: 18 March 2026)
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Work location: Sathorn Prime (BTS Chong Nonsi)
Salary: 30,000 40,000 THB./month (based on skill & experience)

Note: Employment is subject to successful completion of a background check prior to the onboarding date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders (POs) based on company policies.
- Receive and review vendor invoices; match with POs and goods receipts (3-way match).
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receipts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice/payment-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice posting and payment processing.
- Maintain and update vendor master data as required.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in accounts payable or procurement (internship or entry-level is acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of the P2P cycle and financial controls.
- Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and basic office applications.
- Good communication in Vietnam and English
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Internship experience in a Shared Services or corporate finance environment.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding tax requirements (e.g., VAT) is a plus.
- A background in hotel business is an advantage.
