Accounts Receivable (AR – Online Payment)
Officer / Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee online payment transactions and ensure accuracy of daily records
- Monitor and reconcile payment gateway transactions with internal systems
- Handle refunds, chargebacks, and failed payment cases in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams, IT, banks, and payment service providers to resolve transaction issues
- Support month-end closing and AR reporting related to online channels
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reconciliation efficiency and payment accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Receivable, or related functions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or online payment platforms is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with adaptability to new systems and processes
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Thai nationality only
