Job Summary
Responsible for implementing Acute Care Diagnostics (ACDx) solutions in key accounts in Southeast Asia (SEA). Under the direction of the ACDx Marketing Manager (SEA), work closely with ACDx stakeholders to manage and support project-specific tasks, such as: product evaluation, product verification, quality management compliance and technical support.
Key Accountabilities
- Work closely with Werfen SEA team and SEA distribution partner teams to provide ACDx product evaluation support throughout different stages of sales cycle in the key projects to ensure end-users satisfaction and confidence in ACDx solutions provided.
- Act as a liaison between the local distributors and the head office in driving a successful implementation of ACDx solutions at the key end-user sites.
- Provide second-level remote and on-site regulatory support to critical and key customer accounts, and assist them with the integration of ACDx systems in their quality management procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with technical services on problems with instruments and reagents within the projects.
- Work with other departments and vendors to escalate problems; negotiate resolutions and implement long-term fixes.
- Understand all maintenance, performance, and advantages of ACDx Products.
- Assist with the creation of ACDx implementation support materials for sales, applications and customers.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing support programs.
- Assist with technical support for ACDx products when required.
- Provide other related duties, as required by ACDx Marketing Manager.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Health Science
- Experience:
- Relevant background in technical support, laboratory quality management, good practice in laboratory, and Point of Care management.
o At least 2 years of working experience
- Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Knowledge in life sciences: medical technology, clinical chemistry, quality control, quality management
- Language: English
