Organize training events to provide knowledge on essential competencies to partners and members.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal & external (Vendor, Agency) teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
- Learn and understand the content to be delivered in training events.
- Prepare information and materials to be used in training events.
- Serve as the event MC for opening remarks and guest introductions (approx. 10% of responsibilities).
- Arrange and oversee the sequence of event proceedings.
- Create & Plan training event courses/special projects.
- Providing expert speakers to be special speakers.
- Control and manage training events budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with hotels or venues when organizing off-site training events.
- Prepare training events equipment and media.
Educate partners and members.
- Coordinate with various departments to disseminate information in related media
- Seek accuracy information from the head office (Ada - America) and/or external agencies and experts
- Respond to partners and members inquiries regarding assigned events or training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Capcut.
- Able to serve as an MC with strong public speaking skills.
- Minimum 3 years in training & development or instructor field.
- Strong training, facilitating and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment. Be enthusiastic and cooperative mind with others
- Ability to work in upcountry & some weekend (upcountry 1-2 times per months)
- Active, Dynamic, Sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, outlook, word) and Canva.
- Ability to communicate in English.
