Design and define acquisition target segments for unsecured products (Credit Card / Loan).
Collaborate with Risk, Credit Policy, Finance, and other stakeholders to prepare business cases and performance decks for executive/committee approval.
Drive end-to-end product changes, including approval processes and implementation.
Monitor acquisition performance and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to support acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Minimum 35 years of experience in product management, acquisition strategy, or related roles in banking/financial services.
Experience in unsecured lending products (credit card or personal loan) is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
