Role OverviewAs the Acquisition Manager (Sales), you will be the driving force behind our fleet expansion across Thailand. Your primary mission is to lead the end-to-end sales process for taxi and ride-hailing drivers, ensuring they have access to the best vehicle solutions to power their livelihoods.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic planning, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership. You won't just be selling cars; you will be designing the ecosystem that brings drivers into our community and keeps them moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Acquisition & Sales Execution- Develop & Execute: Create comprehensive acquisition plans tailored to the Thai taxi and ride-hailing market to meet monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Demand Generation: Design and lead campaigns to drive high-quality signups and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential driver partners.
- Market Expansion: Identify new territories and driver segments within Thailand to broaden our market footprint.
2. Onboarding & Process Excellence- Onboarding Leadership: Oversee the driver onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, fast, and supportive experience from the first point of contact to vehicle handover.
- Process Optimization: Lead strategic projects to eliminate bottlenecks in the sales and onboarding funnel, leveraging automation and improved workflows.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting- Performance Metrics: Continuously review sales data and KPIs to identify trends, forecast growth, and pivot strategies where necessary.
- Actionable Intelligence: Translate complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations for the executive leadership team.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Internal Alignment: Work closely with Policy, Legal, and Supply teams to align vehicle standards with regulatory requirements and resolve supply-chain issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between external partners (dealerships, financial institutions) and internal operations to ensure a cohesive service offering.
What We Are Looking For- Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Acquisition, Fleet Management, or Operations within the mobility or logistics sector.
- Analytical Prowess: You don't just look at spreadsheets; you see the story they tell. You have a proven ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
- Mobility Expertise: Deep knowledge of the mobility supply chain, driver lifecycles, and fleet utilization dynamics in Thailand.
- Compliance Savvy: Experience navigating the regulatory landscape in Thailand, particularly regarding transport authorities and vehicle compliance.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
