Role Overview

As the Acquisition Manager (Sales), you will be the driving force behind our fleet expansion across Thailand. Your primary mission is to lead the end-to-end sales process for taxi and ride-hailing drivers, ensuring they have access to the best vehicle solutions to power their livelihoods.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic planning, data-driven execution, and cross-functional leadership. You won't just be selling cars; you will be designing the ecosystem that brings drivers into our community and keeps them moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Acquisition & Sales Execution
  • Develop & Execute: Create comprehensive acquisition plans tailored to the Thai taxi and ride-hailing market to meet monthly and quarterly growth targets.
  • Demand Generation: Design and lead campaigns to drive high-quality signups and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential driver partners.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new territories and driver segments within Thailand to broaden our market footprint.

2. Onboarding & Process Excellence
  • Onboarding Leadership: Oversee the driver onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless, fast, and supportive experience from the first point of contact to vehicle handover.
  • Process Optimization: Lead strategic projects to eliminate bottlenecks in the sales and onboarding funnel, leveraging automation and improved workflows.

3. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
  • Performance Metrics: Continuously review sales data and KPIs to identify trends, forecast growth, and pivot strategies where necessary.
  • Actionable Intelligence: Translate complex data sets into clear strategic recommendations for the executive leadership team.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with Policy, Legal, and Supply teams to align vehicle standards with regulatory requirements and resolve supply-chain issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between external partners (dealerships, financial institutions) and internal operations to ensure a cohesive service offering.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Acquisition, Fleet Management, or Operations within the mobility or logistics sector.
  • Analytical Prowess: You don't just look at spreadsheets; you see the story they tell. You have a proven ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
  • Mobility Expertise: Deep knowledge of the mobility supply chain, driver lifecycles, and fleet utilization dynamics in Thailand.
  • Compliance Savvy: Experience navigating the regulatory landscape in Thailand, particularly regarding transport authorities and vehicle compliance.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Candidate Profile

You are a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are comfortable managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and can maintain a high level of detail while never losing sight of the big-picture growth strategy.
