Job Description

Key Responsibilities

After-Sales Campaign Planning

  • Plan and execute service campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage dealer incentives.
  • Analyze performance to improve future campaigns.

Service Tool & Dealer Support

  • Plan, procure, and promote service tools.
  • Coordinate tool sales, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Analyze tool data to improve planning.

Process & System Improvement

  • Improve service systems with IT support.
  • Support ISO and Green Service projects.
  • Analyze data to improve efficiency and control budgets.

Customer & Market Research

  • Conduct after-sales service surveys.
  • Coordinate survey design and analyze results

Communication & Training

  • Prepare service communications and pricing info.
  • Share updates via dealers system.
  • Coordinate service tool training with suppliers.

Qualifications

Fresh Gradute with passion are eager to apply!

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Interested and passionate in motorcycle or automotive business.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4. Strong presentation, communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

5. Able to learn and apply Yamaha Global Standards.

6. Good English proficiency with minimum TOEIC score of 600.
