Actuarial Analyst

We are looking for an #ActuarialAnalyst for our client in financial services industry.

Contract role for 12 mos. - highly renewable!

Responsibilities:

• Join the Universal Life Fund Management and Experience Studies team, contributing to actuarial insights and operational support.
• Provide analytical input for experience tracking, assumption development, sensitivity analysis, and fund management within the Actuarial Services Department to meet business objectives.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports with accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special actuarial initiatives and product launches, offering technical expertise during onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Office and external actuarial partners, ensuring compliance with HSBC standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equiavalent
• 1-5 years in actuarial work expereince; open to fresh graduates with strong potential.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing in cross‑functional settings.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Positive, cooperative, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Prophet, SQL, or Python is advantageous.
