Crawford & Company is seeking an Adjuster Engineer to join our Thailand team. In this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end handling of claims, ensuring accurate investigation, documentation, reporting, and timely communication with all stakeholders. This is a strong opportunity for early-career professionals and fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to the claims management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate Loss Events: Promptly investigate reported loss events, establish relevant facts, assess causation and damages, and evaluate reinstatement or rehabilitation where applicable. Identify and raise potential policy coverage issues when they arise.
- Prepare Client Reports: Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive client reports within agreed timelines.
- Claims System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the claims management system to support efficient claims handling.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Respond professionally to queries from insurer clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders, and third parties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage External Resources: Coordinate and manage external experts, contractors, and service providers to ensure services are delivered in line with quality and timeline expectations.
- Customer-Centric Service: Deliver services that reflect insurer clients standards and priorities while maintaining professionalism.
- Ethics & Compliance: Uphold Crawford's ethics, values, and commitment to integrity in all work undertaken.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 12 years of experience is an advantage, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical capability
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
