Job Listing: Admin & Executive to Managing Director

📍 Location: Onnut, Bangkok (Hybrid - Work from Home & Office)

📅 Employment Type: Full-Time (4 or 3 day workweek optional)

What You’ll Be Doing

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accountant.

Financial & Accounting Assistance

  • Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with clients and maintain a structured tracking system.

Government & Compliance Liaison

  • Handle liaison duties with government agencies for compliance and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit BOI-related forms and reports to relevant authorities.
  • Assist in visa extensions and work permits in collaboration with the accountant.

Marketing & Client Support

  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns with the MD and team.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage basic client interactions on behalf of the MD, addressing inquiries professionally.

Client Relationship Management

  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Help maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)

Thai national only (not able to provide a work permit for this position).

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Thai).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Workspace.

Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.

Interest in marketing and digital strategies with a willingness to learn.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker who can take initiative.

Bonus Points If You Have

🎯 Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

📊 Experience in the digital marketing industry or similar fast-paced environments.

📈 Project management or client communication experience.
