Job Description

Job Responsibilities

•Prepare quotations for spare parts

•Follow up on payment collections for spare parts order

•Arrange spare part deliveries to customers (booking via Lalamove)

•Process Spare part stock in – Out, Warranty Realistic and on SAP system

•Monitor monthly Spare part inventory, order fulfill lack of Spare Part.

•Handle Import and Export documentation by contacting to shipping agent

•Purchase office supplies monthly through online platforms

•Arrange housekeeping services

•Local supplier development

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in Logistics, finance, management, and other related fields.

2.Thai nationality,Good English communication skills.

3. Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse systems is preferred (not necessary).

4. Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, with 2-3years of administrative work experience preferred,have certain experience in import and export trade.

5. Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a sense of responsibility, possessing good communication and coordination skills as well as service awareness.

6. Understand the local laws, regulations, and cultural customs in Thailand.

Annual salary budget: 350,000— 392,000 THB
