Responsibilities:
1. Organize and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Manage procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchasing.
3. Liaise with outsourced accounting and HR firms to support financial and human resource functions.
4. Maintain and organize company records, documents, and contracts systematically.
5. Provide administrative support to other departments, including Sales, Technical Support, HR, and Marketing.
6. Plan and organize events, meetings, and schedules to avoid conflicts and ensure timely execution.
7. Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, creating documents, and filing.
8. Respond to emails, handle mail, and enter data accurately.
9. Maintain a positive working relationship with customers by addressing their needs effectively.
10. Greet and guide office visitors to the appropriate personnel.
11. Ensure the workplace adheres to internal guidelines and policies.
12. Analyze income/expenditure and assist with cash flow management when required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor&aposs degree with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
2. Minimum 2-5 year of experience in administration or related fields.
3. English proficiency with a TOEIC score of at least 600.
4. Strong organizational, multitasking, communication skills, and a service-minded attitude.
5. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
6. High level of discipline and reliability in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
8. Must provide an English resume and an attached recent photo.
