Location: Prak kred, Nonthaburi, Thailand

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly
- Handle office supplies procurement, stock control, and stationery reimbursement requests
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements and rental payments for Chinese expatriate employees
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients during company visits
- Arrange meeting rooms, meals, and restaurant reservations for internal meetings or customer visits
- Support general office coordination and administrative documentation
- Can be 6 days working
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Good communicated in Chinese or English
- 1 years of experience in Administration or Office Support (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Service-minded with a positive attitude
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
