Driving by technological innovation and industrial model transformation, the Company is accelerating its transformation into a world-class engineering, procurement, and construction contractor. Therefore, COOEC is also expanding its talents pool for its Thailand Company to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Office Environment and Safety Management: Responsible for managing office areas, facilities, and ancillary spaces, creating a clean and hygienic office environment, maintaining safety and order in office areas to prevent any potential safety risks;
  • Administrative and Logistic Support: Handling telephone calls and receiving visitors; assisting in organizing company exhibitions and other meetings; ensuring smooth internal and external communication channels
  • Responsible for booking and reception services of local hotels and transportation in Thailand, providing logistical support for the local operations.
  • Supplies and Mail Management: Responsible for controlling office supplies inventory, coordinating the receipt, dispatch, and management of mail and packages, ensuring orderly supply and logistics transmission;
  • Human Resources Management: Responsible for following up on updates to Thai labor laws and regulations, and proposing adjustments to HR policies to the Employee Management Committee;Assist in the daily management and performance appraisal of company employees; Manage employee contracts and perform other HR-related tasks; Assist in managing daily employee training and development related matters; Manage the compensation, benefits, and performance of local employees; Assist in managing third-party employee contracts and attendance records in accordance with the tripartite agreement.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Min a bachelor holder of HR management/administration/Language Literature or other management related majors;
  • Work Experiences: New graduates or min 2 years relevant experience;
  • English speaking is necessary, while fluent Chinese speaking will enjoy preference;
