Crawford & Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Thailand. This role is primarily administrative, providing direct support to the Country Manager and helping manage day-to-day office and people-related processes from a coordination and documentation perspective.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys operational work, coordination, and behind-the-scenes support in a collaborative, people-focused, global environment.
Important note: This role is administration-led. While it includes exposure to HR-related activities, it is not an HR-heavy role and does not involve strategic HR responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will support the Country Manager, help manage office operations, and coordinate people-related processes to ensure information, schedules, and documentation are accurate and well-organized.
Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential, as the role involves handling sensitive information and working closely with internal and external stakeholder.
Your Responsibilities
Administrative Roles and Responsibilities to Country Manager
- Manage calls, emails, schedules, and meeting preparation
- Coordinate travel, visas, and accommodation
- Greet visitors and support meeting logistics
- Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organizing and attending meetings, if needed, ensuring that the Country Manager is well prepared for the meetings
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and staff as needed
Office & People-Related Administrative Support
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and accurate submission of monthly fullfile reporting
- Support training registrations and regional/global HR initiatives
- Manage expat visa and work permit processes
- Assist with internal and external HR audits
- Oversee office operations, equipment, and supply management
- Organize digital and physical records systematically
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams
- Handle ad hoc admin and HR tasks as assigned
- Promote Crawford's ethics, values, and service standards
What we are looking for
- College/Tertiary degree in Office Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Previous experience in administrative, executive support, or office coordination role is preferred
- Knowledgable of HR practices, policies, and processes
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS platforms is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional, discreet, and dependable when handling confidential information
